Responsibilities include onboarding residents, managing calls and inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with nursing and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience in a long-term care facility.
• Active CNA license required.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet new residents and assist with admission paperwork.
