Job summary

The 505th Command and Control Wing at Hurlburt Field, FL is seeking a Unit Program Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support programs and liaison with personnel flights on personnel issues.

This permanent, full-time position involves coordinating manpower resources and performing clerical duties to support squadron operations, with travel up to 25% and a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Management: Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
• Subject Matter Expert: Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
• Personnel Liaison: Serves as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.
• Manpower Planning: Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements.
• Clerical Support: Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
