Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Columbus, OH is seeking an organized Unit Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the Columbus unit.

You will support the Unit Manager by handling tickets, timecards, permits, fleet maintenance, and inventory records, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy. The role emphasizes meticulous follow-through, effective communication with field teams, managers, and vendors, and coordination of audits and payroll-related activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in operations coordination, office administration, or service support preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 service tickets and coordinate Level 2 resolution with Field Managers.
• Review tickets for completeness and documentation, tracking issues through resolution.
• Review and approve timecards within payroll deadlines and resolve discrepancies.
• Print commission sheets and weekly coaching summaries for management.
• Follow up on Samsara driving scores and communicate concerns to the right manager.
• Obtain job permits and track permit status and documentation.
• Schedule fleet and equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs with vendors, and update the Unit Manager on downtime.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits and ensure purchase orders are entered accurately and on time.
• Review Coast transactions for proper coding and timely submission.
• Consolidate informational meetings into one 90-minute block and organize materials.
