Our neonatal program is the largest in the Midwest, providing comprehensive care for infants needing intensive care. The NICU at Children’s Minnesota Minneapolis Campus is a 44-bed level III and level IV unit, supporting babies with complex medical needs. Our team of over 500 professionals balances technical expertise with a family-centered approach, emphasizing teamwork, open communication, and ongoing professional growth.
The Unit Operations Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to families, staff, providers, and visitors, both in person and by phone. Responsibilities include answering questions, facilitating deliveries, directing visitors, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting patient care and administrative functions on the unit. The role may require floating to other departments as needed.

The salary range is market-competitive and considers various factors including experience, education, and organizational needs.
