WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

You’ll be the engine behind our sales systems—supporting our closers, optimizing processes, owning reporting, and helping us scale without chaos.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales Operations to ensure our systems are tight, our data is clean, and our growth is exponential.

This role blends tech, process improvement, and sales enablement—ideal for someone who wants to grow into sales ops leadership or even RevOps in a mission-driven, world-class brand.

Your Mission Will Be To: (RESPONSIBILITIES)
First 30-60 Days
  • Learn and document our current sales systems, processes, and tools
  • Own admin, tracking, and reporting of key sales metrics and performance benchmarks
  • Audit CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate reporting across platforms
  • Assist with CRM integrations, lead flow improvements, and funnel QA
Beyond Day 60
  • Take ownership of process improvements across the sales tech stack
  • Build internal dashboards, track KPIs, and automate reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, fulfillment, and product to ensure seamless sales handoffs
  • Support virtual launch and live event sales motions
  • Drive conversion improvements across the funnel through tech and data
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2–3+ years experience in sales support, sales ops, or revenue operations
  • Fluent in CRM systems (Hubspot, Close.com, Infusionsoft, Maropost, etc.)
  • A sharp, analytical brain—you know your way around spreadsheets and can slice data into insights
  • Comfortable managing integrations, reporting, and tech tools with minimal oversight
  • A team player mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills—able to talk to sales reps and tech teams
  • High energy, high ownership, eager to grow into more responsibility quickly
BONUS POINTS IF YOU...
  • Have experience with iClosed, Oncehub, Typeform, etc.
  • Have supported high-ticket sales teams or coaching businesses
  • Love building systems that remove friction and improve performance
  • Have experience working with Zapier, automation tools, or n8n
  • Know your way around launch funnels and online events
