Qualifications

• Current, active RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a similar setting; minimum 1 year in nursing administration.
• Candidate must be compassionate, dedicated to high-quality care, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff delivering direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development and recruitment/hiring of nursing staff.
• Ensure resident care aligns with established plans and documentation.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Document and monitor residents' medical status and treatment plans.
