American Senior Communities seeks a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee nursing care on the assigned unit and supervise licensed nurses, ensuring care aligns with professional standards and regulations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold Indiana RN or LPN licensure (or be able to obtain one). They are expected to uphold the C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
