• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Recruit and hire nursing staff.
• Monitor resident records for compliance.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for coverage.
• Ensure resident rights and resolve grievances with families.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
• Support innovative systems and lead a strong management team.
