Job summary

The Blossoms is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Arkansas. The role emphasizes patient-centered rounds, medication administration, treatments, and collaboration with physicians and the nursing leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Long term care experience preferred but not required

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

Prepares and administers medications charts as required

Administers treatments

• Consults with physicians
• Communicates with director of nursing and staff
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.
