Job summary

The Blossoms at Stamps is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to residents in a licensed facility in Arkansas. You will perform rounds, monitor physical and emotional needs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership.

Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing, with compact license accepted. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or hold a compact license).
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

Prepares and administers medications charts as required

Administers treatments

• Consults with physicians
• Communicates with director of nursing and staff
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.
