Job summary

Concord Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Ohio is seeking an RN or experienced LPN to serve as Unit Manager. Qualifications

• Experience as a charge nurse in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with Point Click Care electronic medical record.
• Infection Preventionist Certification is a plus.
• Advanced practice certifications or experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical outcomes of assigned unit.
• Conduct chart reviews and audits.
• Review nursing assessments for accuracy.
• Assist and guide charge nurses with clinical tasks.
• Assist physicians with rounds, as needed.
• Champion a facility quality program.
• Assist charge nurses with dressing changes and treatments.
• Support the Director of Nursing.
