Job summary

Villa Healthcare seeks a Nurse Unit Manager RN to lead day-to-day nursing activities at an Ohio facility. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate with administration to implement the care plan.

Required RN licensure in the state, CPR, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. Long-term care and MDS experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Possess a current RN license in the state.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing staff, scheduling breaks, and performance reviews.
• Meets with administration and nursing staff to plan care.
• Develops and maintains care standards.
• Oversees rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff performance.
• Provides nursing care as needed and ensures documentation is complete.
