Job summary

Centerville Health and Rehab in Centerville, OH is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to oversee daily operations and clinical care on the unit. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Director of Nursing to coordinate care and resources.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN or RN license, at least two years in long-term care and one year in nursing management, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Minimum two (2) years of direct care in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing management experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the unit.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Review staff complaints and grievances and report to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintain adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment on the unit.
