Job summary

Concord Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Ohio is seeking an RN or experienced LPN to serve as Unit Manager. Prior skilled nursing facility charge nurse experience is required; infection prevention certification and advanced practice credentials are a plus. Concord Village is a beautiful skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility that opened in 2016 with a primary focus to provide short-stays for patients who were recently in the hospital for surgery or illness, before heading home. We are located about 20 min northeast of Cleveland, Ohio in Lake County behind Tripoint Hospital.

We are currently recruiting for a RN or experienced LPN to serve as a Unit Manager. Previous skilled nursing facility charge nurse experience required; previous experience as a nurse manager or advanced practice certifications a plus, like Infection Preventionist.
