Bay Shores Senior Care & Rehab Center in Bay City, MI is seeking a Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care on a designated unit within the 24-hour operation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, conduct rounds, and ensure high-quality care using current technology.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) State of Michigan License; current CPR-BLS certification.

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• Starting wages: $83,200 per year base salary!
