Job summary

Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab in Michigan is seeking an RN Unit Manager to serve as Clinical Care Coordinator. This full-time role oversees an assigned unit, guides the interdisciplinary team, and ensures consistent, high-quality clinical care for residents.

You will lead rounds, supervise nursing staff, maintain reports, and drive infection control and quality initiatives, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, award-winning facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current RN State of Michigan License; current CPR certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare resident care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning residents' mental and physical well-being.
• Good leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
• Ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
• Supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

The RN Unit manager is the Clinical Care Coordinator.
