What You'll Do

• Assume 24-hour responsibility for supervising the care of all residents on your assigned unit(s).
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing staff in delivering care according to each resident’s assessment and plan of care.
• Manage units in line with facility philosophy, policies, professional standards, and legal regulations.

• Current, valid LPN or RN license
• Degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions swiftly

• Effective team collaboration skills
• A caring, compassionate attitude towards elderly residents
