What You'll Do

• Assume 24-hour responsibility for supervising the care of all residents on your assigned unit(s).
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing staff in delivering care according to each resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Manage units in line with facility philosophy, policies, professional standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state
• Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
• Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus, but not required

• Skilled at fostering good resident and family relationships
• Effective team collaboration skills
• A caring, compassionate attitude towards elderly residents
