PACS Group is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) for McCormick, SC. The role leads daily clinical operations, mentors nursing staff, ensures high-quality resident care, and maintains regulatory compliance in a growing skilled-nursing setting.

Strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and leadership needed. Requirements include an active RN or LPN license, unit-management experience, and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Unit Manager and/or long-term care leadership experience required.
• Not entry-level leadership; skilled nursing management experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of the assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and excellence.
