Job summary

McCormick Post Acute in McCormick, SC, is expanding and seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a dedicated nursing team on our new wing. You will mentor staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting.

This role requires an active RN/LPN license, prior Unit Manager or long-term care leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
• This is not an entry-level leadership position. Candidates without skilled nursing management experience will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
