Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Must have prior Unit Manager or long-term care leadership experience.
• Not entry-level leadership; skilled nursing management required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
