Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) or (LPN) to join Aviata at Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, Florida. You will oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensure high-quality resident care, and lead a nursing team.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($85,000-$90,000 per year), benefits including health insurance for the family and 401k, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida.
• 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in nursing administration.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to implement innovative healthcare ideas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit staffing and supervise staff.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure coverage.
• Document resident medical status on admission and during treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor resident records and ensure documentation compliance.
• Address grievances with residents' families and staff.
