Job summary

Socket.dev in Lancaster, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to step into the Unit Manager role. You will lead and coach a nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and partner with the Director of Nursing to drive service excellence.

This full-time on-site position requires supervisory experience, a current license, reliable transportation, and a proven commitment to building positive staff relationships.

• Must be a Registered RN or licensed LPN / LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work together with the Director of Nursing to:

• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families,
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
• Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members
• Supervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit.
