Job summary

Fundamental is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the Unit Manager role, guiding a care team and ensuring high-quality patient care. The candidate will lead staff, promote positive relationships, and coach team members within their assigned unit.

The position requires an active RN license, supervisory experience, and a commitment to reliable leadership and excellent patient service. A strong work history and transportation are required.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
