Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a qualified RN or LPN to administer medications and provide nursing care for residents in a 87-bed Wisconsin facility. This role features 8-hour shifts across 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends on a 2-on/1-off rotation.

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
• Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations.

• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
• Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports
• Comply with all infection control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes
