Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a 235-bed skilled nursing facility located on Lakeside Boulevard in Bayville, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations. Pay: $40 - $44 HOURLY

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit, supervising and supporting nursing staff, and monitoring resident care to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations. You will also review and update care plans, documentation, and clinical records, and provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
