Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents in a Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care facility. You will partner with leadership to maintain high standards of care and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and HR to discuss goals, benefits, and facility improvements, while fostering a supportive team environment. This role emphasizes resident wellbeing and family communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
