Southern HealthCare Management in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations, uphold quality patient care, and mentor a skilled team. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, ongoing education to support your professional growth, and a supportive work environment.

You will coordinate resident care, act as liaison with families, and address concerns promptly while partnering with leadership to ensure compliant, compassionate, and efficient facility

Qualifications

• ASN or PN diploma required.
• Active RN or LPN license in state of practice required.
• 1+ year nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
