Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our caregiving team and uphold our high standards of resident care. You will meet our Director of Nursing, connect with HR about benefits, and tour our facility to understand the unique care environment.

The role requires an ASN/PN diploma and active RN or LPN licensure, with 1+ year nursing experience, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care.

Qualifications

• ASN or above nursing degree required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in state of practice required.
• 1+ year nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
