Job summary

Boynton Beach Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents in a sub-acute/long-term setting. This role focuses on health maintenance, family communication, and coordinating care with an attentive leadership team.

You will be the primary liaison between residents, families, and the care team, ensuring responsive responses, a safe environment, and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma.
• Clear and active RN or LPN Licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years nursing experience; Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.

Qualifications for an RN Unit Manager

• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
