Join Our Team as a Unit Manager (RN) at The Pines At Poughkeepsie

We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee and coordinate nursing staff on our Memory Care Unit, working from 9 am to 5:30 pm. This full-time position offers weekly pay and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing and support staff within the unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing and resource management
  • Conduct assessments to ensure quality standards and compliance
  • Mentor and train nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being
