The position oversees a nursing unit, providing clinical leadership to ensure residents receive high-quality care, while collaborating with Nursing leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience and strong communication, with a passion for developing clinical teams and improving resident outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines.
• Experience in healthcare settings such as hospital, SNF, or rehabilitation center.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and clinical skills.
• Passion for resident care and growing clinical teams.

Position Summary

As theUnit Manager, RN, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

Working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure the nursing unit operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing unit.
• Support and develop the clinical skills and performance of nursing team members.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.

Qualifications

• CurrentRegistered Nurse (RN) licensein good standing in the state of Oregon.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing/long-term care facility, rehabilitation center, or other healthcare setting required.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and clinical skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional resident care and supporting the growth of clinical teams.
