Manage and oversee the daily operations of our 115-bed skilled nursing facility, ensuring that all departmental activities are carried out in a efficient and effective manner
Develop and implement unit policies and procedures, in collaboration with the facility's leadership team, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance skills and knowledge
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including therapy, dietary, social services, and activities departments, to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our residents
Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and address concerns in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, staff performance, and facility operations
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1+ years in a management role
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
