RN Unit Manager

What You'll Do

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well‑ness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care

• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long‑Term Care setting preferred
