Job summary

The Pines at Poughkeepsie, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing staff in a dedicated unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and a positive work environment.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekends and on-call rotations. Requires valid RN license and background in long-term care leadership. Salary up to USD 104,000 per year with a competitive benefits package.

What You'll Do

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

• We are seeking a candidate with long-term care experience and previous unit manager experience. Experience in dementia and memory care is preferred.
• This is a full-time, salaried position, working Monday through Friday, with some weekends required as needed. The position also requires participation in the on-call rotation.

Rate of Pay

Up to USD $104,000.00/Yr.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
