Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. This part-time role offers a meaningful leadership position in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You’ll oversee care coordination with nurses and providers, support staff development, and uphold facility and regulatory standards, with pay based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
