Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, WA is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead the nursing team on a dedicated unit and uphold high clinical standards.

You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team while supporting staff development and ensuring resident-focused care. This Full-Time role emphasizes leadership, compassion, and quality outcomes in a stable facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital settings.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and pass screenings.

Responsibilities
