Job summary

Hopkins Restorative Care Center is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to lead the nursing unit, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate referrals and care plans with physicians and families, monitor compliance and performance, and mentor team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in long-term care or post-acute setting.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care on the assigned unit.

Unit Manager - Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The Unit Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff support.
