We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN Unit Manager or Nurse Manager to join our Twin Oaks Center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, a passion for providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to lead and mentor others. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing floor(s), ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care and support.

RN or LPN Unit Manager / Nurse Manager
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Twin Oaks Center
Location: Worcester, MA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents
• Manage daily unit operations and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with care teams to develop resident care plans
• Communicate with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with DPH, CMS, and facility regulations
• Support quality improvement and staff development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Current MA RN or LPN license
• 1+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of DPH and CMS regulations

Schedule:

• Day Shift – 40 Hours/Week
• Occasional on-call/weekend coverage as needed
