Job summary

Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, WA is seeking a Unit Manager LPN to lead the nursing team on your assigned unit, ensure resident-centered care, and coordinate with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to pass employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team on your assigned unit.
