Job summary

Atrium Centers Marshall Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing services across licensed units under the director of DON. You will assess residents, oversee care plans, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in long-term care with management experience, holds a current RN license, and possesses IV certification and strong knowledge of state

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents.
• Current RN License.
• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification.
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations.
• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.
