Job summary

Atrium Centers Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated nursing leader to guide the nursing department, assist with discharge planning, and uphold accurate charting and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and resident-focused care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of long-term care experience, plus strong communication and dependable attendance.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience; strong written and verbal communication; a positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
