Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our 87-bed facility on the 2nd shift. You will administer medications, provide direct nursing care, and document care plans for residents in collaboration with the team.

Requirements include an active RN or LPN license and IV certification. You will work in a 100% employee-owned organization focused on compassion, community, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN or LPN license.
• IV certification required.
• Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
