Job summary

Atrium Centers Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing services across licensed units under the DON. You will plan, organize, and direct staff, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

You must have at least three years of long-term care nursing experience in a management role, an active RN license, and the ability to administer medications; IV certification and strong teamwork are essential for resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience in long-term care, with management exposure.
• Active RN license is required.
• Ability to administer medications; IV certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of state rules/regulations for care facilities.
• Passion for resident care and well-being; positive, dependable, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services across licensed units under the DON.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON)

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents’ needs

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, most of which should be in a management role

• Current RN License

• Ability to administer medications and IV certification

• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations

• Passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Excellent attendance and reliability
