Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a part-time Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care and serving as the on-site clinical leader.

The role requires an accredited LPN program graduate, active SC LPN license, and LTC experience. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate coverage, ensure compliant documentation, and support quality initiatives within a large South Carolina skilled nursing network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support weekend staff (LPNs, CNAs, nursing staff).

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (LPN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

Licenses & Certifications
