CoreCivic is seeking a Unit Manager who will supervise unit staff, oversee program delivery in a secure setting, and ensure staffing levels and resources are aligned with facility goals and regulatory requirements. You will participate in administrative meetings and act as a liaison across the unit.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in a criminal justice context, knowledge of correctional facility management, and a valid driver’s license, with a commitment to safety,

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years in a criminal justice field with supervisory experience or two years as a CoreCivic Case Manager or Correctional Counselor.
• Knowledge of correctional facility management, supervision, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise staff assigned to the unit and evaluate performance.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and orienting staff.
• Communicate responsibilities, authorities and accountability to subordinates.
• Complete written evaluations on staff and review subordinate evaluations.
• Routinely review payroll records and overtime usage.

Educación

High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent is required.
