Job summary

• Experience on a CoreCivic Way unit management team may substitute for the qualifications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff in the unit and evaluate per policy.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and orienting staff.
• Communicate responsibilities and accountability to direct subordinates.
• Complete and review staff evaluations in accordance with guidelines.
• Routinely review payroll records and the use of overtime.
