Qualifications

• Experience with report writing is required.
• Knowledge of case management practices or counseling techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of Prison Policies and Facility Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff; design programs to meet offender needs and coordinate with custody staff.
• Oversee programmatic/operational orientation of offenders including education, mental health, segregation, and work assignments.
• May chair the facility classification committee and approve unit classifications and disciplinary actions.
