Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Unit Manager (UM) RN or LPN to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. The role oversees RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develops care plans, and promotes staff development in a fast-paced facility.

You will collaborate with physicians and therapists, maintain accurate records, and address patient care issues while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Registered Nurse license in South Carolina (SC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

About the UM RN Role:

• Supervising and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies

• Providing ongoing training and support to staff members

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and effective patient care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns that may impact patient care
