Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Unit Manager (UM) RN or LPN to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. The role oversees RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develops care plans, and promotes staff development in a fast-paced facility.

You will collaborate with physicians and therapists, maintain accurate records, and address patient care issues while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Registered Nurse license in South Carolina (SC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies.
• Providing ongoing training and support to staff members.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Identifying and addressing issues impacting patient care.
